This workshop is for anyone who would like more competence in skillful communication, managing reactivity, and creating healthy relationships.  

Mindful Compassionate Dialogue (MCD) is a blend of Hakomi (body centered therapy), Nonviolent Communication, and Mindfulness practice. The goal of MCD is to empower you to create and maintain fulfilling relationships.  This workshop is offered once a year.
